My story is not one of unbroken success or uninterrupted joy. It’s a tapestry woven with threads of challenges, triumphs, and a relentless quest for deeper meaning. At its core, my journey has been about unraveling the layers of conditioning and rediscovering the essence of who I truly am.

The seeds of my calling were sown through life’s unexpected twists. The loss of my first husband to a tragic accident, my own battle with breast brain, and lung cancer, the revelation of my adoption at 35, and a life-altering quadriplegic condition – these experiences were not merely hardships but catalysts for profound transformation.

As a certified Holistic Practitioner and Holistic Life Coach, my journey has been a conscious merging of the practical and the spiritual. I’ve delved into the realms of ancient wisdom, contemporary psychology, and mindfulness practices, synthesizing them into a unique approach to holistic healing and transformation.

I stand as a Travel Partner for seekers and soul-searchers, guiding them through the labyrinth of self-discovery. My approach is not that of an expert dictating answers, but rather a compassionate companion, asking questions that lead to revelations. I facilitate the process of unearthing subconscious beliefs, nurturing authentic expression, and guiding individuals toward living a life aligned with their soul’s purpose.
